In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tor55" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the tor55 online gambling platform, accessible at tor55.vip, and the entity that operates it.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tor55 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the tor55 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total sum of funds held in a Player's tor55 Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" — the portion of a Player's Balance that consists of actual deposited funds, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by tor55 subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms as published on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sportsbook market, or any other gambling product offered on the tor55 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and documentation verification process required by tor55 to validate a Player's identity prior to withdrawal processing.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which tor55 transactions are denominated.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, promotions, support functions, and other features made available by tor55 on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to the tor55 Platform is restricted or blocked, as determined by tor55 from time to time.

Access to and use of the tor55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tor55 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. If tor55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, tor55 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, withhold any Balance pending age verification, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors, persons under legal guardianship, and persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register or use the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on tor55. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited pending investigation.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with tor55 or any other gambling operator that applies to your use of this Platform.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Third Parties: You must be playing with your own funds and on your own account. Accepting bets or deposits on behalf of third parties, or operating your Account as an agent, is prohibited.

To access the full range of Services on tor55, Players must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, registered mobile phone number, and valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity conducted under your Account. tor55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) using your Indonesian mobile number . tor55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account Verification (KYC): tor55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• One Account Per Household: Only one Account is permitted per household, per device, per IP address, and per shared payment method. Where tor55 detects multiple Accounts sharing the same household, device, or payment details, all Accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to it to any third party.
• Inactive Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. tor55 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive Accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

All financial transactions on the tor55 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tor55 supports direct bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, and e-wallet transactions via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Currency: All amounts on the tor55 Platform are displayed and processed in IDR. No currency conversion is applied.
• Transaction Limits: tor55 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on individual Accounts. Players may set their own personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings.
• Prohibited Transactions: tor55 does not accept deposits from anonymous prepaid instruments that cannot be traced back to an identified individual. The use of credit cards or borrowed funds for gambling is strongly discouraged.

tor55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published on the respective promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms on the Casino Bonus page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Balance automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any given time, unless tor55 explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: tor55 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation, the use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms with minimal risk.
• Right to Withdraw Without Bonus: A Player may choose to decline a bonus or, before wagering commences, request that bonus funds be removed from their Account. Once wagering has begun on a bonus, this option may no longer be available.
• Changes to Promotions: tor55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in active use.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the tor55 Platform, covering both the sportsbook and the casino product suite:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by tor55. tor55 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, market type, and Account tier.
• Sportsbook Rules: Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules of the market in question. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bet settlement will follow the tor55 Sportsbook Rules published in the Help section. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the overall bet to be settled as a winner; any void leg may reduce the accumulator rather than voiding the entire bet, as specified in the mix parlay rules.
• Casino and Live Casino: All casino games on the tor55 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physically dealt cards and wheels operated by professional dealers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on theoretical long-run averages certified by independent auditors.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects game or bet integrity, tor55 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings arising from a clearly erroneous price, odd, or game malfunction are void and will not be paid.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or other dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in any such conduct will be suspended immediately and all associated balances forfeited.

tor55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Players in maintaining control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be decreased immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and maximum session duration limits to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. • Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic session notifications that display the duration of the current gaming session and net win/loss position at configurable intervals.
• 21+ Policy: tor55 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account suspended immediately and all balances withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, returned to the depositing payment method.

All content on the tor55 Platform — including but not limited to the tor55 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tor55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tor55.
• Game content, including game artwork, mechanics, and mathematics, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to tor55 for use on the Platform. No rights in game content are transferred to Players.

tor55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• tor55 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the tor55 servers.
• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• tor55 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by tor55, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations on tor55's liability apply:

• Platform Availability: tor55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tor55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur.
• No Liability for Indirect Losses: tor55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tor55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Cap on Direct Liability: To the extent that any direct liability of tor55 is established, tor55's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tor55 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Third-Party Content: tor55 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of game content, odds data, or other materials supplied by third-party game studios or data providers.
• Player Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for your own gambling decisions. tor55 does not accept responsibility for any financial loss resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform.

tor55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of Platform errors.
• Conduct that tor55 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward tor55 staff, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires tor55 to suspend or close an Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the tor55 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (less any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tor55 is licensed and regulated internationally.

• Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, any dispute should be submitted in writing to the tor55 customer support team at [email protected]. tor55 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
• Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved by the tor55 support team to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by tor55's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from the support team.
• Jurisdiction: By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by the internal dispute resolution process described above.
• Indonesian Player Context: tor55 acknowledges that the majority of its Players are resident in Indonesia. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive Indonesian residents of any mandatory consumer protections afforded to them under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

tor55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, tor55 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the amendment and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with the effective date, will always be available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.
